Christian Life Coaching

You Don’t Have to Keep Pretending You’re Okay

You love Jesus… but you’re tired.
You’re overwhelmed, burdened by guilt, and unsure how to get your joy back.
I help Christian women reconnect with peace, joy, and the One who makes us whole.

Does Life Feel Like Too Much Lately?

You wake up already tired.

The house is noisy, your mind won’t stop racing, and you feel like you're just going through the motions.

You’re exhausted from trying to be everything for everyone

And you also feel guilty because it still doesn’t feel like enough.

You want to enjoy your kids, your home, your life,

But lately, it all just feels like too much.

Like you’re on autopilot, stuffing down emotions you don’t have time to deal with.

You smile for the photos, but something’s missing.

You believe in God, but you feel distant.

You say you trust Him, but you’re still scared.

Scared of messing up your kids.

Scared of what’s ahead.

And no one really knows how heavy it feels inside.

What If You Could Feel Like You Again?

What if peace wasn’t something you had to fight for anymore?

What if joy didn’t feel like a distant memory from before life got so heavy?

You don’t need to hide or hold it together anymore.

You need space to be honest… and start healing.

To stop pretending you're okay.

To bring your pain and overwhelm to Jesus.

To finally hand over the burdens you were never meant to carry alone.

Healing doesn’t happen by trying harder.

It happens by walking with the One who knows your pain and wants to carry it with you.

I Help Women Like You…

  • Quiet the mental chaos and anxiety with Christ-centered meditation

  • Release guilt and overwhelm through truth-filled coaching

  • Build more trust in God step by step

  • Create rhythms of joy that feel simple and sacred

  • Find contenment even when life doesn't look the way you expected

This isn't about giving you a bigger "To Do List". It's about inviting Jesus into everything to make us whole - To hold what we can't fix. To give us strength to carry the burdens that are ours.

Michelle M,  TN

"Kim has taught me how to communicate more deeply with my Heavenly Father.  I normally ignore my feelings or shove them away, but she has taught me how to experience them and then hand them to my Savior so that my burdens feel lighter.  She has also taught me teachings from the Bible that I desperately needed and taught me how to implement them in a practical way"

Jennifer R,  FL

Kim made me think; asked the right questions and somehow always brought me back to God.  I felt like she challenged me to answer questions with kindness and compassion; somehow knowing the right things to ask me to work harder on.  To write more about.  To talk more about.  If you are stuck in or at a place you just want to get past; you know God has you, but somehow the world is a big, bad confusing place – call Kim.  She can help you sort through the thoughts coming down to what it is that truly matters in your daily God given life"

Hannah R,  NH

"After working with Kim, I was able to clearly see a future vision for myself and define my priorities to achieve a greater relationship with Christ and balance motherhood.  Kim's coaching style, helps you find your strengths and gifts, and helps you to be content with where you are.  She helped me find greater sense of purpose in my motherhood. I am a more confident and fulfilled woman today  because of Kim's coaching."

A Personal Note

I've been where you are

As a mom of 7—including three with sensory processing challenges, ADHD, and reactive attachment disorder—I know how overwhelming, discouraging, and exhausting life can feel.
I remember sitting in my car, crying, wondering how I could keep going.

But over time, I learned new rhythms that brought peace into our chaos. Leaning on God, embracing grace, and finding creative ways to do life differently made all the difference.

Now I help women like you do the same.
